Meet
Maria
Hi, I’m Maria, and I love helping people untangle the patterns of the past so their children — and their own hearts — can grow freely and fully
I am a student of life, a teacher by calling, a philosopher in spirit—and a mother whose greatest lessons have been written in lullabies, lunchboxes, and love without end.
I am a perpetual learner, endlessly curious and always in pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.
I’ve always been a lifelong learner—curious, reflective, and drawn to the deeper truths of what it means to live an authentic, heart-centered life. But nothing has stretched and shaped me more than motherhood. Raising four children, including triplets, became the most humbling and transformative education of my life.
As a former public school teacher and founder of both a preschool and a multi-age workshop space, I believed deeply in the innate wisdom of every child. That belief only grew stronger as I navigated parenting myself. I came to see that children don’t just need us to teach them—they need us to remember who we are. My greatest work has been learning to parent from the inside out: not through control or perfection, but through presence, inquiry, and self-trust.
In many ways, my home became my first healing ground. The messy, beautiful chaos of daily life revealed the knots I had inherited—patterns of fear, people-pleasing, and the need to be “good.” Instead of running from them, I chose to untangle them. Each tantrum, each bedtime meltdown, each moment of overwhelm became a portal for deeper healing. I learned to listen, not just to my children, but to the parts of myself that had long gone unheard.
This personal journey led me to integrate a wide range of healing practices—Family Constellations, SoulCollage®, C.O.R.E. Counseling, Reiki, and more. My approach blends the philosophical with the practical, the mystical with the everyday. Whether guiding a client, parenting my children, or holding space in a classroom, I return to one core truth: every moment is an invitation to come home to ourselves.
My passion lies in creating nurturing spaces—for children, parents, and seekers of all kinds—to reconnect with their inner knowing. I believe that when we parent and live from this place, we not only raise wiser children, we heal generations.

What I’ve Learned:
THE HOME AS A MIRROR:
Our living spaces and family dynamics often reflect the deeper stories we carry within. The clutter, the chaos, the silence, or the disconnection—it’s never just about what’s happening outside of us. Our homes become mirrors, revealing where love, safety, or belonging may have felt out of reach within.
WHEN LIFE FEELS OUT OF BALANCE:
Moments of disconnection—whether in parenting, partnership, or the day-to-day rhythm of family life—often stem from an inner misalignment. The more we feel stretched, fragmented, or reactive, the more life invites us to return to ourselves. When we come back to the heart of who we are, our homes and relationships begin to reflect that shift in gentle, meaningful ways.
INTEGRATION IS HEALING:
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about welcoming home the parts of us that have been left behind. The overwhelmed mother, the unheard child, the partner longing to be seen—all are pieces of the whole. When we integrate them with compassion, we soften the tension within and around us.
THE HEART AS OUR INNER HOME:
Our heart is more than a metaphor—it’s our true center. It knows how to hold grief and joy in the same breath. When we listen to it, we remember how to come home to ourselves. And from this place, we can offer our families the presence and love we’ve been seeking all along.
HEALING THAT RIPPLES OUTWARD:
As we make peace within, we naturally bring more harmony to our relationships, homes, and communities. We don’t have to strive to “fix” everything around us—our presence begins to do the work.
What I Can Teach You:
Whether you’re feeling lost in the roles of motherhood, overwhelmed by daily life, or simply yearning to feel more at home within yourself—there is a way through. What I teach isn’t just information. It’s a lived practice of healing, grounded in the rhythm of home and the heart of family life.
Here’s what you’ll learn through my offerings:
C.O.R.E. HEALING:
You’ll learn how to listen to the messages your life is sending you—through your body, your children, your home. I’ll guide you in identifying emotional patterns and inherited beliefs that keep you stuck, and show you how to gently shift them. You’ll develop the skills to navigate daily challenges from a grounded, heart-centered place, where peace and possibility can grow.
Roadmaps for the Heart:
You’ll learn how to reconnect with who you are beneath the layers of conditioning, roles, and expectations. Using intuitive tools like Numerology, Tarot Constellations and the Enneagram, I’ll teach you how to see your unique blueprint clearly—so you can make choices that reflect your truth, not someone else’s version of success or worth.
Untangle:
You’ll learn how to soften the emotional knots that show up in parenting, relationships, and daily life. I’ll share practices that help you recognize what’s really happening beneath your reactions, and how to meet those moments with compassion instead of control. This work allows you to move through your life with more ease, clarity, and connection—starting right where you are.
Through each of these pathways, I’ll teach you how to use your home life as a sacred classroom—a place where you can grow, heal, and return to the truth of who you are.
Because when you heal within, your family feels it.
And the home you create—inside and out—becomes a sanctuary.
The Core of My Inspiration: My Children
At the very heart of my journey, my guiding lights, are my children. They are not just a part of my life; they are the essence of my being, my heart and soul manifested in the world. My children are the reason I embark on this path of self-healing and growth. In their eyes, I see the purest form of hope and possibility, a future unburdened by the shadows of the past.
Their laughter, curiosity, and zest for life are my daily reminders of the beauty and innocence that life holds. They inspire me to be the best version of myself — not just for my sake, but for theirs. In them, I find the motivation to confront my challenges, to untangle the knots of my own experiences, ensuring that what I pass down to them is not the baggage of my past, but the courage to step into a new future that is in alignment with my authentic self.
Every step I take in this work, every moment I spend in learning, self-healing, and growing, is an investment in their future as much as it is in mine. I strive to be a role model for them, showing that self-awareness, compassion, and resilience are the pillars upon which a fulfilling life is built. My goal is to equip them with the tools to navigate their own paths with love, compassion, and curiosity.
My children are the mirror through which I see the impact of my actions and decisions. They reflect the importance of my work, constantly reminding me of the responsibility I carry — to break the cycle, to heal, to grow. They are the reason I believe so deeply in the power of self-healing, the reason I am committed to helping others on their path of personal discovery and growth.
In every laugh, every challenge, every moment of wonder, I am reminded of the importance of my journey. My children are my greatest teachers, continually showing me the depth of unconditional love and the transformative power of healing. They are my motivation, my joy, and the reason I am so passionately dedicated to this path of self-discovery, self-healing and self-love.
